This and the kingdom of Eternal Flame were built as as twin city's but when the Kingdom of Eternal Flame made theirs more grand it started a war of sorts that have lasted nearly 1000 years using there mystic arts of world craft they have built a spire of cold stone stretching to the sky with and they specialize in making weapons with rare ice crystals that and freeze an opponent solid.
